Gunman Tuddenham is one of the UK's best-known airsoft venues, offering a unique blend of urban, woodland and open-terrain gameplay on the historic grounds of the former RAF Tuddenham in Suffolk. The 45-acre site features more than a dozen playable buildings, extensive scrubland, woodland and wide-open spaces, allowing everything from fast-paced CQB engagements to longer-range firefights and immersive military simulation events.

The site's history adds a distinctive atmosphere that few airsoft venues can match. Originally constructed during the Second World War as RAF Tuddenham, the airfield became operational in 1943 and was home to Lancaster bomber squadrons flying missions over occupied Europe. During the Cold War, the base was repurposed to support the deployment of Thor nuclear missiles before eventually being decommissioned. Today, many of the surviving military buildings and infrastructure remain, providing an authentic backdrop for modern airsoft events while preserving a tangible link to Britain's wartime and Cold War heritage. The combination of genuine military history and varied terrain makes the site one of the most atmospheric and distinctive airsoft sites in the country.
