Forward Element creates immersive Airsoft Battlesim events built around teamwork, tactical decision-making and compelling real-world-inspired scenarios.

Our events combine carefully designed objectives with realistic “real-steel” ammunition limits, encouraging players to communicate, manage their resources and think strategically. Every scenario is developed to keep both sides engaged and ensure that individual decisions can influence the wider battle.

Built on Experience

Forward Element was founded by Nick Dorling and Stacy Bishop, who bring more than 46 years of combined airsoft experience to every event.

Having operated multiple sites and organised events over many years, Nick and Stacy understand what makes an airsoft experience memorable—from balanced gameplay and clear objectives to strong organisation and an immersive atmosphere.
